Job Description

As a Customer Success Lead you will be joining our office and Customer Success team in Manila.
Your main goal would be to manage the existing team, as well as onboard new customers in our Filipino territory and maintaining good relations and high customer satisfaction with existing assigned customers.

Beyond that, you will:

  • Sync closely with the other leaders within the CSM team
  • Escalate to the VP CSM when really needed
  • Onboard your own clients on the expense part; this is to not miss the connection with the actual users
    – this way you will be the go-to person when your teammates have challenges in their onboardings
  • Your knowledge of the tool and understanding the client’s point of view needs to be as good or even better as the knowledge and understanding of your teammates
  • Will lead team meetings with relevant content – 50% input from the leader and 50% input from the team 
  • Advising and training the admins
  • Providing support during the onboarding phase
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring the incoming issues and dispatching them to adequate team if needed


  • Experience in Customer Success / Service
  • Has already led a team of min 5 people in an international environment in Manila 
  • Has experience in combining the international employers’ values & culture and the Filipino work culture, and translate that into the best of both worlds 
  • An affinity for tech/ software (tech savvy)
  • Customer-focused approach, eager to solve problems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stress resistance and ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Native/ Fluent command of Filipino and English
