HR Generalist – Warsaw

THE ROLE
We are looking for a promising HR Specialist to help in overseeing human resources operations in our Warsaw office.
Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with local HR practices and payroll.
You will directly report to the CHRO and spar with other HR teammates.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advise employees on various HR-related topics, such as Rydoo
    culture & work organisation, employment regulations, visa & work
    permit and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Operate as a SPOC on HR matters (labor law, payroll, time off, etc)
    for the people
  • Provide partnership to employees to positively impact the
    motivation, development and retention of talent as well as provide
    HR policy guidance
  • Play a key role in defining and delivering targeted employee
    experience, starting from on-boarding through development and
    growth till off-boarding
  • Promote work environment based on feedback and individual’s
    growth by assisting in Career Sprints and Check-Ins
  • Enhance job satisfaction by undertaking initiatives around culture,
    team building, training & development
  • Gather and analyze data for HR metrics and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, maintain HRIS and
    employee files and records for the countries in the scope
  • Handle payroll processes and manage subscriptions to benefit
    programs in timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in recruitment process & HR projects
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment / labor laws
  • Aptitude in independent problem-solving
  • Desire to work both individually and as a team with a result driven
    approach
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, law, human
    resources or relevant field
