Following the expansion of our business, we are strengthening our Admin Team in Paris!
We are looking for an Office Assistant (part time: 0,6 FTE)
As an Office Assistant you will be taking care of…
- basic Admin/HR/Finance matters;
- onboarding of new hires (providing laptop, desk, access card, medical checks etc.);
- invoices' flow (via Navision);
- secretarial matters;
- maintaining the office’s stockage and utilities as needed;
- organizing office Team Events (birthdays, after works, etc.);
- local filings (if necessary);
- mail and courier packages;
- ensuring a smooth documents workflow;
- general information flow between all of our locations and first point of contact in Paris’ office.
We are looking for someone who has…
- fluency in English and French;
- practical knowledge of MS Office;
- strong multitasking and organizational skills;
- experience in office administration (nice to have);
- reliability, professionalism, positive energy and smile!
