Solution Engineer – Lisbon

Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help prospects and customers understand the value of Rydoo. A big part of this role is helping them see how Rydoo integrates with the ecosystem of tools they use day to day and help solve complex requirements. You will also often assist in implementing what was discussed during the sales cycle.

You will apply your expertise in integration, solution architecture, compliance, and security to help customers use our tool in every way possible, so it ultimately becomes the sole business app they need to process their expenses with.

You act as an advocate within the product team, sharing customer feedback to drive product roadmap. Furthermore, you assist the product team in rolling out complex new features with existing customers.


  • Solution oriented, doesn't take no for an answer

  • At least 2 years of experience as a solution engineer or relevant position

  • Able to distill complex requirements into concrete actionable steps or a solution for the client.

  • Strong interest and affinity with sales processes and business development mindset

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • A people-first approach – you love talking to clients and you’re not afraid to turn a no into a YES!

  • Excellent English
