At Rydoo, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best talent to our teams. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles throughout Rydoo's offices worldwide. 

Your communication and organizational skills are stellar – setting the tone for hiring the best people for Rydoo, with the right skills, potential and aligned company values. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), and the ability to devise recruiting processes and strategies for potential applicants. This role will also require excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments and drive essential talent planning and recruitment due to internal moves. 


  • 1-5 years of experience designing, building, and leading a full lifecycle talent acquisition

  • University degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience in recruiting high-tech profiles, engaging candidates of different cultural & national backgrounds, is required;

  • Experience with selection, implementation and evaluation of recruiting tools and techniques, as well as applicant tracking system

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency utilizing data to support recruitment strategies, processes, decision-making, and budget control

  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success building relationships and influencing across leadership team, hiring managers, HR and vendors

  • Excellent English is a must, native Dutch or Portuguese is a plus

  • Great social skills, being a dynamic presence

  • A positive and upbeat attitude with a passion to take part in a start-up culture
