Talent & Culture Manager

This is a newly created role due to business growth to help us unleash world class talent of our team as well as retain and spread Rydoo culture.
In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the company growth strategy by ensuring that all organisational and people development initiatives across multi sites globally are integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals
  • Work with leadership to design and develop programs, communications, events, workshops, etc. for all Rydoo’ers that creatively and authentically reinforce our unique values and culture
  • Creates a culture of high performance and belonging across the enterprise
  • Take the lead in developing an approach to all aspects of organizational development to enhancing engagement, talent development, performance management, management and leadership development, career progression etc
  • Encourage a coaching style culture to support the required behavior


The Successful Person:

  • 5 years minimum experience of personally successful initiating, leading and delivering organizational development initiatives (including values implementation, cultural alignment, enhancing engagement, talent development, management and leadership development, performance management, career progression) which support business results
  • Strong talent development skills with a natural gift for building a winning team culture
  • Proven track record of growing impressive teams
  • Experience in L&D tools and best practices
  • Proven pro-active, “hands on” approach and experience of working on above across multi sites
  • Great communication skills- oral and written; Strong planning and analytical skills; Evidence of strong influencing and collaboration skills


  • Experience of working in a technology company
  • Experience of working with start-up and/or multi-site organisations
  • A coaching qualification


  • Degree or Postgraduate in Organisational Development or HR related discipline
  • Fluent/ Native tongue in English with an additional fluent tongue in a language of interest (Polish, Dutch, French,…)
