We are a group of collaborative Product designers spread across Belgium, Poland, and Portugal. You will join our team in Mechelen, Belgium. Together we design effective and delightful experiences that make our user’s lives easier.

Job description

As a Senior UX researcher, you will be responsible for bringing the voice of the customers upfront to evaluate design decisions, assumptions and to bring fresh user insights. You will raise the bar for UX research by setting up good quantitative and qualitative research practices, interpret the data collected and transform them into actionable points for design and product direction. You will:

  • Define and apply a variety of research methods, such as usability testing, surveys, A/B and multivariate testing, card sorting, and competitive analysis. depending on the type of questions being researched
  • Setup and conduct UX research studies (moderated and unmoderated) at diverse phases of the design process
  • Analyze and prioritize the usability issues to increase product quality, while meeting users’ needs and business goals
  • Translate insights into personas, user journeys, and target group definition
  • Work closely with different teams with their product questions and their domain
  • Document and argument user insights into user research reports, presentation decks, or other more adequate formats
  • Present and communicate your results to the product team and company-wide stakeholders
  • Advocate for UX research and the user’s voice
  • Own long term strategy for UX research at Rydoo


  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience conducting UX research
  • End-to-end experience with quantitative and qualitative UX research methods and techniques (setup, recruit, conduct sessions, analysis, and presentation of results)
  • Active in collaborating closely with product designers, product owners, developers, and management stakeholders
  • Clear, empathic presentation and communication style
  • Comfortable with recruiting and scheduling participants for studies
  • Understanding of interface design for web and mobile experiences
  • Familiarity with conducting UX research for B2B, Enterprise or SAAS products is a plus
