In Belgium, you are required to keep evidence of your business expenses. Companies operating in Belgium using a digital expense management tool need to be compliant. An expense management tool that has obtained a ruling from the Belgian government, allows all its users operating from Belgium (working for a Belgian employer) to use digital receipts, without having to keep the original paper.
