How it works

The Rydoo – MedPro integration lets companies track spend on US healthcare professionals throughout the year, so they’re ready when it’s time for Sunshine Act reporting.

1. Add HCP attendees: When an employee creates an expense, such as a business meal, they mark the attendees who are healthcare professionals. Rydoo searches MedPro’s database, so they can select the right person and their details are added to the expense automatically.
2. Submit and approve as usual: HCP-related expenses follow your existing Rydoo approval flow, and the HCP details stay attached to each expense.
3. Export for reporting: Admins export all HCP-related expenses, with the expense and HCP data needed for Open Payments reporting.
