- The PO is sent to the supplier, and the goods receipt is registered. Only then is the information synchronized to Rydoo Accounts Payable, which awaits a purchase invoice to match against.
How it works
Our standard NetSuite integration keeps data flowing automatically between the two systems. Your full chart of accounts, VAT codes, dimensions, suppliers, asset register, purchase orders and goods receipts sync from NetSuite to Rydoo Accounts Payable for invoice processing. All invoice line items are then posted back to NetSuite, each linked to the original invoice document.

In collaboration with our partner Antire, we have developed the integration between NetSuite and Rydoo Accounts Payable. Simply connect the systems using our standardized plugin module, which is equipped with advanced error handling to ensure high-quality synchronization—without the need for custom adaptations.
