How it works

The SAP Business One - Rydoo connector, powered by N'ware's N'Tegrate platform, enables a bi-directional sync between SAP Business One and Rydoo, automatically exchanging employee, project, and expense data between both systems.

Once approved expenses are exported from Rydoo, N'Tegrate picks them up and creates draft A/P invoices in SAP Business One. From there, SAP Business One keeps Rydoo up to date, as invoices are created and payments are processed, expense statuses in Rydoo are automatically updated to Reported and Reimbursed.
