How it works
Our ready-to-use integration, hosted on Microsoft Azure, connects Rydoo Accounts Payable to your Unit4 solution. After a quick setup, master data such as accounting codes, VAT codes, dimensions and suppliers syncs automatically from Unit4. This lets you automate your invoice process, from purchase order matching to getting invoices ready for payment.
Plug and play
All accounts, dimensions, suppliers and other necessary accounting parameter are synced and up to date in Rydoo Accounts Payable. All you need is to do is connect the two systems and Rydoo Accounts Payable will update automatically.
Rydoo Accounts Payable Connect for Unit4 exists as a service on our platform and requires minimal configuration to set up. Since the integration relies on the openly available API from Unit4 it is not necessary to launch any major IT-project for you to get started using Rydoo Accounts Payable, that part has already been done by us.

Yes, since the purchase orders are imported, these will automatically be connected to the invoices when these are received. Rydoo Accounts Payable will then automatically match all PO-lines with received goods with the invoice lines.
