THE ROLE

Customer Success is the foundation of our company, as our customers are the reason we want to bring the best version of ourselves every day.

As a CS Ops, you will be joining our office in Mechelen, Belgium. The Rydoo Customer Success Team combines three pillars: Onboarding, Success and Support. Your main goal will be to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our whole Customer Success team. You will report to the VP of Customer Success and will be the trusted partner in defining customer success objectives, strategies, and implementing processes that scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct analyses that answer business questions, support strategic decision making and provide actionable recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate and improve processes that help meet renewal, upsell, time-to-live and adoption targets
  • Be the team expert on CS tools. Select, on-board, manage and maintain applications to meet the needs of the CS department.
  • Report on KPIs and revenue forecasting through dashboards and presentations
  • Develop forecasts for account health and renewal. Support with forecasts for headcount and capacity planning.
  • Manage documentation on CS processes, policies, and assist with onboarding new CS talent

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS with a major in finance, economics, business, engineering, or other quantitative focus
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue and/or CS Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement processes, procedures, and policies
  • Passion for data and its use in driving organizational change
  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CS teams
  • Takes a high degree of ownership over their work
  • Strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • An affinity for cloud-based applications
  • Being a compassionate, unselfish, true team player
