Digital Marketing Specialist
Background
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or another related field
- At least 1-year Experience in the field of Digital Marketing (incl. SEO, Social Media, Google Analytics, Content Creation)
- Being a native speaker for one of our main territories (DACH, UK, France,..) as well as excellent command of spoken-written English
Daily tasks
- Strategizing, creating, and executing digital content such as Webinars, Case Studies, Blog posts etc.
- Assessing data analytics and content performance.
- Building effective keyword/campaign strategies & SEO in align with the marketing as well as the sales team in specific territory

- Hubspot/ Salesforce
- WordPress
- Google Analytics/Google AdWords

Marketing Automation Specialist
Background
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in e-mail marketing / marketing automation role
- Hubspot knowledge as well as basic design and coding skills
- Being proactive, understanding priorities and managing a project from start to finish
Daily tasks
- Create engaging email campaigns (including writing copy, creating CTAs and going through the creative thought process with the design team)
- Manage tracking and reporting of engagement, campaign performance and funnel conversion against defined benchmarks
- Document and create roadmaps, processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
