How it works

The Rydoo – Egencia integration reduces the time spent managing business travel via the automatic creation of expenses and trips after each booking is made.
Companies are able to select 3 syncing options based on their requirements:

  • Sync trips and expenses from Egencia to Rydoo
  • Sync trips from Egencia to Rydoo
  • Sync expenses from Egencia to Rydoo

For Expenses, individual expenses will be created for each booking with the amount and currency, merchant, date, payment method, and comment. The expense will have a ‘To Submit’ status so users can verify the information before submitting the expense. Automatic approvals can also be put in place in Rydoo for expenses created from Egencia.

For Trips, this will be created in Rydoo if a flight of train booking has been made in Egencia. The data synced for trips includes trip name, trip identifier, to and from, trip start/end date, and a comment. Trips in Rydoo should be enabled first in order to make use of this functionality.
