How it works

The Rydoo connector by Travexis Connect links your Deel and Rydoo accounts to automate two essential workflows:

1. Sync employees from Deel to Rydoo, including names, email addresses, countries, groups, account numbers, status, and custom fields.

  • Custom Mapping is possible.

2. Export approved expenses from Rydoo to Deel Payroll, including metadata and receipt attachments.

  • Each sync is configured with customer-specific mappings, such as contract IDs and adjustment category IDs. The integration runs automatically once per day, with optional higher frequency if needed.

Getting started

  • Install the App Rydoo (by Travexis Connect) from the Deel App Store
  • Connect your Deel and Rydoo organizations: Start the Authentication flow by clicking “Connect” on the App landing page Rydoo (by Travexis Connect) User Manual
  • Go through the setup steps, finish the setup and contact connect@travexis.com to schedule onboarding, configuration and testing.
