Finnish Incomes Register (vero.fi)
Automatically declare mileage and per diem expenses to the Finnish Incomes Register. Stay fully compliant with local regulations without any manual work.
About the Finnish Incomes Register
The Finnish Incomes Register (Tulorekisteri) is a national digital register maintained by the Finnish Tax Administration. Employers operating in Finland are legally required to report all paid wages, mileage allowances, and per diems to the register after each payment.
Key features
- Automatic declarations: Mileage allowances (income type 311) and per diems (income type 331) are automatically reported to the Finnish Incomes Register as soon as expenses are marked as reimbursed; no manual submission needed.
- Always up to date: Rydoo maintains the official Finnish per diem rates and notifies admins whenever rates change, so your declarations always stay compliant.
- Full visibility: Get a clear overview of all declared expenses directly from the Incomes Register, with email reports generated after each declaration run.
- Error notifications: If an expense cannot be declared, you are notified immediately so it can be resolved without delays.
How it works
The Rydoo Katre add-on, developed in partnership with Solita, automatically declares paid mileage allowances and per diems from Rydoo directly to the Finnish Incomes Register, keeping your business fully compliant with Finnish reporting requirements without any manual work.
Once expenses are approved in Rydoo and marked as reimbursed by your accounting or ERP system, Rydoo automatically declares them to the Incomes Register. A confirmation report is then sent by email for every successful declaration, and an error report is issued if any expense could not be declared.
Note: This add-on is owned and sold by Rydoo and is available to companies operating in Finland. A valid Finnish branch, employee income earner IDs, and official Finnish per diem rates must be configured in Rydoo before activation.
